The next step is to roll out the pie crust and thinly lay it in the baking tin. Pour the filling on top of the pie crust and put it in your oven for about 40 to 45 minutes. Once out of the oven, either serve hot or cold and with cream or ice cream according to your preference.

It is a misconception that gluten free pies have a dry crust and they don't taste the same as well. You would hardly notice any difference in taste, texture or flavor and if you don't believe it you could try both types of pies at the same time to see if you could spot any difference or not.

Just like a normal pie, this type of pie is also easy to execute. You don't have to follow any complex recipes or spend more time in the kitchen to make something like that. It is simple to make and tastes the same as well.
