In any marriage, there would always be one partner who is more capable of being the breadwinner than the other one. In some cases, the woman would be the more capable of the two and would have a higher paying job which would be able to feed the family and the children. Now if the woman has a better pay than the man, it is actually only reasonable that the woman would bring in the money while the man would be the one who would stay at home.
Now these types of organizations would help the men still practice their social skills so that it will not get lost in the process. Now the reason as to why he has to maintain his social skills is simply because no interaction with friends can be quite unhealthy to mental health. At least by talking to other stay at home men, he can actually talk to someone who does the same thing.
Since all of the members pretty much do the same thing, then all of the members would most likely become friends in the process. This would help the stay at home men not be ashamed of what they do since there are others who can relate. There is actually still a stigma about men who do domestic work because of the whole patriarchal view of society.
First off, these clubs would have leaders elected in order to mediate all of the happenings that would take place in the meetings. There would usually be a president, a vice president, a treasurer and a secretary. These officers would be the ones who would facilitate the meetings and handle all the activities and events.
Now there would usually be a lot of events wherein the members can actually get to know each other. There are parties with food, drinks, and other things that the members would have fun with. Of course there would be some parties wherein female friends and wives would also be invited.
Now aside from all the fun, these clubs also aim to help members. If one would need physical help with the housework or financial help, the members may actually help them. If one is going through a motivational problem, then the members will all be there for him.
So as one can see, this type of club is actually very significant to the lives of male wives. Now in this era, there are still those who look down on men who stay at home simply because it is a sissy job. However, these clubs would help those men not be ashamed of what they do because they are actually doing a good cause for their families.
